Setting up campaign scripts

Dealer Administrators can create and modify the scripts for phone, email and text campaigns in order to assist the Appointment Coordinators with their customer communications.

  • To assign, review or create the script for a specific campaign other than a multi-communication campaign, use the Scripts sub-tab under the Campaigns tab. Refer to Scripts/Text/Email tab in Campaign configuration for more information.
  • For multi-communication campaigns, use the Rules sub-tab under Campaigns. For each step, select an available script with the configuration options. Scripts cannot be created here.
  • To review, add, copy or modify any campaign script, use the main Scripts page as described next.

Note: A number of FCA-default email and text campaign scripts are available (1 per campaign type). These scripts can be used instead of customizing one. In the list of existing scripts, the FCA-default is clearly labeled 'Default'. To update or load additional FCA default scripts, please contact Client Support.

Note: Scripts associated with Preset campaigns cannot be copied or modified.
